Lead Educator

You will be required to lead the team, plan, implement, assess and review a high quality and diverse educational program, assisting in the daily running of the Service whilst always adhering to the National Regulations and the policies, goals and philosophy of the Service

Assist the director in matters relating to leadership, support, etc. and service administration.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

·         Diploma Qualified

·         Current driver’s license

·         Working with Children card

·         First Aid Certificate

·         Punctual and eager to work

·         Great communication and organizational skills

·         Responsible team player, able to work alone at times and pay attention to detail.

The position is for 38 hrs per week and in line with Northern Territory School Terms and would initially be for 12 months. After successful completion of the initial period a longer term and renewable contract may be offered. The salary would be commensurate with background and experience according to the Educational Services (Schools) General Staff Award 2010. Accommodation and utilities offered in package.
